Using the bed only for sleep and lovemaking is another good habit to follow. People who use the bed for its main purposes will get better sleep than people who work on their portable computers or watch television. Individuals who are having problems getting to sleep should not toss and turn and worry about not sleeping and keep staring at the alarm clock. This will not help to solve the problems and it might become even worse. Instead, get up and do something to relax such as reading a story book, having a warm bath or listening to a soothing music. These solutions can help people to sleep better.
